Privacy policy
This website is operated by Kelly Bergsma on behalf of Creative Slate Media Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
If you send an enquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, organisation, enquiry type, budget and timeframe (if given) and your message. We don't ask for sensitive information and ask that you don't include it.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss and deliver the work you've asked about. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't add you to mailing lists without your permission.
Where it's stored
Enquiries are processed by our website host, Netlify, Inc., and delivered to Kelly by email. These providers may store data outside Australia. In future we may store enquiries in a secure database provided by Supabase; this policy will be updated before that happens.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address as part of delivering them.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing kelly@kellybergsma.org.

If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, please contact us first. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
